Terms & Conditions For Members of Savvy Concierge
Savvy Concierge Service Limited, (trading as Savvy Concierge) Using the services, website and/or third party suppliers provided by Savvy Concierge Services Ltd (Savvy Concierge, We, Us) signifies acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Savvy Concierge.

Savvy Concierge has three membership criteria, namely: Platinum, Gold & Silver.
Savvy Concierge are entitled to alter/change the Terms & Conditions on reasonable written notice to our member without liability.

  1. 1. Definitions
    1. “Member” means any individual or business instructing Savvy Concierge for any services provided directly by Savvy Concierge or by Savvy Concierge third party suppliers. “Third Party Supplier” means a supplier of goods and/or services who supplies goods and/or services to Savvy Concierge members.“Savvy Concierge website” means www.savvyconcierge.co.uk

    1. As a Savvy Concierge member you agree to the following:
    2. To provide Savvy Concierge with true, accurate and complete information and not to impersonate any other person or entity or a use a false name.
    3. If any provision of this agreement is found by a Court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be deleted from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  3. Initial Consultation
    1. Before Savvy Concierge provides any Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services, we shall perform an initial consultation as to the member’s requirements (the ‘Initial Consultation’). As part of the Initial Consultation, we shall visit you in your business, office or home, and we will hear from you what services you require, and suggest to you possible solutions.
    2. There will not be a charge for our Initial Consultation and during this time we shall discuss together the objectives of the services.
  4. Membership Rules
    1. All Membership applications are subject to confirmation by Savvy Concierge. Savvy Concierge will notify you in the event that your Membership application has been accepted.
    2. You are obliged to provide correct details when you apply for Savvy Concierge Membership and your failure to do so may invalidate your Membership and any subsequent transaction. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify Savvy Concierge in the event that any information provided by you changes.
    3. Your Membership is personal to you and as such you are responsible for ensuring that no one (other than your personal assistant, where applicable) uses your Membership.
  5. Membership Fees, Renewals & Cancellations
    1. Membership fees are advised upon application. Your Membership fee is non-refundable. However at its sole discretion, Svvy Concierge may elect to refund your Membership fee in whole or pro rata depending on the circumstances relating to the cancellation of any Membership.
    2. Savvy Concierge reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or cancel your Membership for any reason whatsoever. If your Membership is cancelled, at its discretion Savvy Concierge may refund the balance of the annual Membership fee in respect of the unexpired period to which the annual Membership fee relates.
    3. Membership fees are due on acceptance of your Membership application and annually thereafter (“Renewal Date”). Membership fees are payable annually in advance either by direct debit or credit/debit card. You may choose Savvy Concierge to keep a record of your credit/debit card details for the fees payable.
    4. You authorise Savvy Concierge to deduct renewal Membership fees by direct debit or credit/debit card up to 30 days prior to or on your Renewal Date. If Savvy Concierge does not hold your payment details you will be contacted directly in order to renew your Membership.
    5. We will issue your Savvy Concierge Membership pack, with relevant membership documentation, as soon as possible following collection of your Membership fee. If you do not wish to renew your Membership you must notify us within 30 days of your Renewal Date in which case you will receive a full refund of any renewal Membership fee paid provided that you have first returned to us the Savvy Concierge Membership Pack.
    6. If a Membership is allowed to lapse for over 30 days, Savvy Concierge reserves the right to charge a late Fee as well as the current Annual Fee in order to renew Membership. Any increase in Membership fees will be notified through email.
  6. Membership Benefits
    1. As a Savvy Concierge Member, you are entitled to the benefits as set out in the Savvy Concierge membership pack.
  7. Your Membership
    1. You may make requests by telephone, e-mail or through the Site, once you have been accepted as a Member.
    2. Savvy Concierge will provide both the services described on the Site and concierge services at your request – that is you may request Savvy Concierge to provide or arrange any lawful, proper and moral personal service in relation to any personal needs or desires (including, without limitation, provision of information, access to events, activities and venues, and personal goods and services) (the “Services”).
    3. Savvy Concierge reserves the right to withdraw any of these Services and/or to refuse to supply the Services requested.
    4. If Savvy Concierge is unable to deal with any request, it will inform you as soon as is reasonably practical.
    5. Suppliers are responsible for providing you with the services, products and benefits you select. Savvy Concierge will communicate with Suppliers on your behalf unless it is more appropriate for you to contact the Supplier directly.
    6. Suppliers may impose their own terms and conditions and you are required to comply with these.
    7. When ordering a product, service or accessing a benefit, you may be required to provide your credit/debit card details. If you request and authorise Savvy Concierge to use your credit/debit card in order to pay a Supplier for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that Savvy Concierge shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of your credit/debit card provided that Savvy Concierge acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation thereto.
    8. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the credit/debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or the service.
    9. From time to time the procurement or provision of certain services, products or benefits may incur a Savvy Concierge handling charge (of which you will be notified) – in these cases you hereby authorise Savvy Concierge to debit your credit/debit card to pay for any such handling charges.
    10. Savvy Concierge may at your order, purchase goods or services on your behalf. In the event that it acts as a credit agent in this regard, you hereby authorise Savvy Concierge to deduct the credit sum from your credit/debit card within 7 days of the payment date. In the event that Savvy Concierge pays for the goods or services in cash, it shall be entitled to add any applicable credit card charges to the sum deducted from your credit/debit card.
    11. Unless otherwise agreed by the Supplier, you shall not be entitled to cancel any services requested where, on your instructions, work has already begun.
    12. Telephone calls to Savvy Concierge may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.
  8. Service Charges and Invoicing
    1. Savvy Concierge endeavour to quote realistic timeframes for requested work.
    2. Savvy Concierge will be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in connection with performing the services hereunder. The rates quoted do not include the cost of products or services, postage, long distance charges, third party charges or other such expenses which may be incurred by Savvy Concierge in the performance of its obligations hereunder.
    3. On completion of the service, Savvy Concierge will provide the member with an invoice which is payable within 7 days of the date of issue. The invoiced amount will be include VAT as Savvy Concierge is VAT registered. In the event that payment due to Savvy Concierge is not received from the member, Savvy Concierge reserves the right to cancel the membership.
    4. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
    5. If the member will be using a credit/debit card to pay final invoice, they will email a completed credit/debit card Authorisation Form (on Pages 1 & 4 of the Member Information Form) to Savvy Concierge.
    6. Savvy Concierge shall have the right to bill the member’s credit card for the fees, services and products ordered under the Terms & Conditions. The member will have their credit/debit card charged immediately upon processing of products and completion of services. The invoice will be sent to member thereafter.
    7. In the event that the final payment due passes the due date, Savvy Concierge reserves the right to charge a 6% interest on the balance due as a late/overdue payment.
    8. Each invoice will include dates, itemised products, services completed and any additional charges incurred while performing the services. Receipts will be provided upon request.
    9. The member will be contacted by Savvy Concierge if member’s credit/debit card is declined, and an alternative payment will be arranged. Cheques that are rejected by the Savvy Concierge’s banking institution will be subject to a £100.00 fee.
  9. Third Party Suppliers
    1. Savvy Concierge will endeavour to source suitable service professionals to meet a member’s request.
    2. Savvy Concierge will endeavour to ensure that all companies referred by Savvy Concierge are reputable and offer quality and value to their customers.
    3. Savvy Concierge cannot accept responsibility for any loss, liability or cost incurred by a member as a result of any acts or omissions of third party suppliers nor can Savvy Concierge guarantee the accuracy of information supplied to members by third party suppliers. No guarantees can be given on behalf of any supplier partners.
    4. Savvy Concierge will not be liable under this agreement for any loss of damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where (i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by Savvy Concierge or by our employees or agents; (ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; (iii) any increase in loss or damage resulting from the breach by you of any term of this agreement.
    5. Members who purchase goods or services from third party suppliers do so directly with the supplier on such terms as negotiated between member and third party supplier. This includes terms and conditions of business, method of work, working times and payment rates, cancellation and refund policy.
    6. Savvy Concierge will not be liable under this agreement for any loss or damage caused by the third party supplier, its employees or agents.
    7. In the event that Savvy Concierge does not have a supplier on its database to carry out a requested job or task, Savvy Concierge will take reasonable steps to find another service professional and advise the member accordingly.
    8. Savvy Concierge aims to ensure that the benefits remain available at all times and are constantly negotiating new benefits to ensure that you receive maximum use of your Membership. If any of the benefits are unavailable, Savvy Concierge will do all we can to ensure that prior commitments are honoured to the fullest extent possible, but shall not be responsible for any actions of Suppliers outside Savvy Concierge’s actual control.
  10. Tickets
    1. Savvy Concierge may obtain tickets for sold out events either directly or through ticket agents. The member may purchase tickets above face value, which include service charges that reflect our costs in obtaining premium seats. In event that we cannot secure tickets, a member will still be liable for the time utilised.
    2. All ticket sales are final and no refunds or cancellations can be issued after reservation or purchase of tickets.
    3. In the event of a show being cancelled by the venue/artist/promoter, only the return of the face value of the tickets can be guaranteed. Postage fees, service charges and additional fees that may have applied are non-refundable.
    4. Savvy Concierge is not responsible for any failure by Royal Mail to get tickets to you in time.
  11. Travel Services
    1. Savvy Concierge is not an authorised travel agent or tour operator and only acts as an introductory agent on behalf of a member and travel services provider. In the event that we cannot secure your preferred Itinerary, the member will still be liable for time utilised.
    2. Any travel services including travel tickets and package holidays will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel or holiday operator.
    3. All monies involved are to be paid directly to the travel agent or tour operator.
  12. PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE
    1. If the requested product or service is not available the Suppliers may offer you substitute products of a similar description and standard, but you may refuse the substitute products and receive a full refund.
    2. All product or service descriptions have been approved by the relevant Supplier. Savvy Concierge is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading product descriptions. Products may differ slightly from the images shown although every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
    3. Savvy Concierge may from time to time offer special products or services for sale through the Site or the regular newsletter. These products will be clearly specified as being supplied by Savvy Concierge in their description. 12.4 The purchase price of all products and services is due for payment on acceptance of your order by the Supplier or, if applicable, Savvy Concierge.
  13. Service Requests and Cancellation.
    1. The member will receive a copy of this agreement before Savvy Concierge’s tasks have been performed. The member has the right to cancel this contract at any time up to the seventh working day from the date of Savvy Concierge’s quotation or other form of acceptance of the member’s service request.
    2. If the member wishes to cancel, then Savvy Concierge must be notified of this by email or in writing. Savvy Concierge would ask that all members use reasonable endeavours to notify of any such cancellation as soon as reasonably practicable to do so.
    3. Where Savvy Concierge has already commenced work, and the member wishes to cancel, the member will not be entitled to any refund and will be liable for payment for all work that has been carried out.
    4. A member may change the commencement date of Savvy Concierge services without any penalty by giving 7 working days notice, prior to original commencement date, in writing or by email.
    5. Where a member cancels goods or services from a third party supplier, the member is bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier, in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
    6. A party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect by written notice in the event of material breach of this agreement by either party. If such breach is capable of remedy, the failure to remedy the breach within 30 days (starting on the day after receipt of notice) giving details of the breach and requiring remedy to the breach and stating that a failure to remedy the breach may give rise to termination.
    7. Savvy Concierge reserves the right to cancel this agreement at least 7 working days before the intended date of performance of the services, without reason, or we shall endeavour to notify you of any such cancellation as soon as reasonable to do so.
  14. Returned and Damaged Products
    1. Other than those Suppliers who supply products that are perishable, or are made to your specification or are clearly personalised for you, each Supplier offers a 7-day return guarantee in relation to its products. If you wish to return the products for whatever reason within 7 days of delivery, you may do so provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging. You will be credited in full within 30 days of the Supplier receiving written notification from you that you wish to return the products. The Supplier reserves the right to charge for any damage or missing parts.
    2. All returns must be addressed to Savvy Concierge at Savvy Concierge Services Ltd, 3rd Floor, 207 , Regent Street, London W1B 3HN and must be made either by courier or registered post. Unless agreed with you otherwise, you are responsible for the costs of returning the products to Savvy Concierge.
  15. Force Majeure
    1. A “force majeure” event means an event beyond the reasonable control of either party including without limitation a strike, lock-out, labour dispute, act of God, war, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with a law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm and other circumstances affecting the supply of goods and services.
    2. Neither party to this agreement shall be responsible to the other party for any delay in performance or non-performance due to a force majeure event. On occurrence of a force majeure, Savvy Concierge shall inform you in writing that the event has delayed or prevented its performance under this agreement and thereafter shall take action within its power to comply with the terms of this agreement as fully and as promptly as reasonably possible.
  16. Website
    1. Savvy Concierge will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Savvy Concierge website and email system is accessible at all times however there may be times when due to circumstances beyond Savvy Concierge control, or for maintenance purposes, the website and email system are unavailable. In these circumstances Savvy Concierge cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which members may suffer as a result.
    2. Savvy Concierge will use all reasonable precautions to ensure that Savvy Concierge website, email system and documentation which is sent to or accessible by members is free from viruses but Savvy Concierge cannot guarantee that it will be completely free of viruses. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site does not contain any malicious software such as computer viruses, Trojans or spyware, however, we recommend that you use up to date anti-virus software to check all downloaded material and regularly scan your computer for the presence of malicious software.
    3. Savvy Concierge may add links to its website for other parties. Any such links are provided to assist members and visitors of the Savvy Concierge website. These links may not have been vetted Savvy Concierge and therefore Savvy Concierge cannot accept any responsibility for the information contained in the third party sites. Neither can Savvy Concierge guarantee that it is virus free.
  17. Confidentiality
    1. Savvy Concierge is committed to protecting the privacy of its members and will handle all information, which it receives from members, in accordance with the applicable Data Protection legislation.
    2. We shall not be responsible for the security of communications sent by us to you or others in relation to our tasks and the services by email. For further information about our confidentiality please see our Privacy Policy.
  18. Complaints Policy
    1. Savvy Concierge endeavours to provide a high quality service to you in carrying out tasks. If you are unhappy at any time about how Savvy Concierge performs tasks for you, please contact our office and Savvy Concierge will investigate any such complaint and report back to you within 48 hours. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    2. If you have a complaint concerning the conduct or services of a 3rd party supplier, the member should write directly to the supplier and send a copy of the complaint to Savvy Concierge to assist us in assessing, for future use, the adequacy of a supplier as a provider of the relevant services.
  19. Intellectual Property and Copyright
    1. Documents and information, published by Savvy Concierge are the property of Savvy Concierge Services Ltd. Copyright and IP rights in the content of Savvy Concierge website belong to Savvy Concierge. English law governs these Terms & Conditions.
